My sales rep was Paul Nornantes. I’d ask for him if you come to this location. He’s patient, respectful and professional. He was thorough in the specials they offered and was persistent. I walked out with a new bed frame, dresser and mirror for a fair price with excellent service. Thanks Paul!

Mr. Tanveer was great. He helped us pick out furniture and give his expert opinion of what would work for our space. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I never got the sense he was just trying to “sell” and genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Highly recommend!

I was on the market for a mattress and I definitely made the right choice when visiting this location. Andres Lopez was very helpful not only because of his knowledge on the different mattress; which really show his experience, but also because he was so friendly and calm; not rushing to make a sale. I’m happy with my purchase and the service I receive from Andres, so if you’re in the market for any kind of furniture, this is the location. Just make sure you ask for Andres Lopez and he’ll take care of you.

Sales person. Jr. was WONDERFUL. He was with us all the way, but not in a "hawkisk" way. Just always available if needed. Delivry people were wonderful! Delivery driver { Gerordo) and his assistantant were wonderful! If I had cash, I woult have given them a tip! They were incredably professional and speedy on set up. Everyone involved with our order # 0292864193 should get a bonus. my sister is looking for new furnature. I will defiantely be recomending Harlem!

I had such a great experience at The Room Place recently. I'd been looking for an affordable couch (that looked and felt expensive) for some time after my very expensive couch broke and cost too much to fix. I didn't even realize the Room Place was in the Lincolnwood Mall when I went there - I just lucked out. I was approached by Nelson early on who was kind enough to walk me through some options but also give me space to look on my own, which I appreciated. I had my eye on two couches so after discussing options with Nelson, I went home, measured, and came back to make a purchase. Nelson was incredibly patient as I continued to waffle back and forth (and back and forth) between my two choices and offered helpful feedback based on my concerns. In the end I made my choice and excitedly/nervously awaited my delivery. Delivery was incredibly fast. Two days after my purchase, Gerardo (plus 1 - I feel bad I didn't catch his name!) arrived with my couch. They were both very professional, incredibly kind, and very fast (which, given how massive this couch is and how small my doors are, is no easy feat!). After living with my couch for a little bit now, I can honestly say I'm incredibly happy with my choice and the wonderful service I received from start to finish.

This location is huge! Tons of options. Do not go to a store in the city before checking here. There was a language barrier with the first salesman. It’s a little unfortunate he was hired to assist without being able to properly communicate. After about 30mins he sent over Ramiz Murad who was amazing! Having a sales background I was very impressed. He listened (did not talk over us or interrupt!) us at all. He heard our needs and quickly offered a wide selection of sections. We found the perfect fit and love the piece in our home. Well done sir. Thank you for your services and professionalism.

I went to 10 different furniture stores looking for a couch, and this was the last one I needed. I was immediately greeted by Kevin Salazar, who helped me from start to finish. Kevin was attentive but not overbearing or pushy. He helped me navigate a large selection (the largest and best selection of the aforementioned 10 stores), and ensured I was able to get the sectional I wanted at the best price. I was able to find a great dining set as well, which was on my list to buy but wasn't my primary goal. Kevin ensured I had all available information, giving me different pricing options or recommending alternatives if I wanted a quicker fulfillment. This is now my first stop whenever I need something for my apartment now.

Got a new sofa matching our old sofa at very cheaper price both frm room place.i splly think room place is best for its deals must go to lincolnwood mall outlet display if u want huge offers check out my pics n see wht I like ,Customer service by tan is best .

I had a great experience at the Lincolnwood location. Luis Fernandez was very efficient in his job and was determined to helping us find the right furniture (living room set) at the right price for my mother & a big thanks to the general manager as well for helping us with a better deal on a dining room set as well. Thank you guys & Merry Christmas and a happy new year!
